HEALTH IS WEALTH
The word "health" refers to a state of complete emotional and physical well-being. Healthcare exists to help people maintain this optimal state of health. In 1948, the World Health Organization (WHO) defined health with a phrase that is still used today. "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." WHO, 1948.
In 1986, the WHO further clarified that health is:
"A resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. Health is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities."

A person is being lazy if he/she is able to carry out some activity that he/she ought to carry out, but is disinclined to do so because of some efforts involved. Instead, what they do is just laying on bed all day without doing anything that benefits us such as playing video games and watching movies. To conclude, a person is being lazy if the motivation to spare the effort trumps the motivation to do the right or expected thing. As a Muslim, we should always avoid ourselves from being lazy because it also affects our health and also happiness. Just imagine how much weight will you gain when you are watching movies while eating popcorn? What will you do to overcome your laziness? May the video above helps you to be a better person and leads you to a healthy lifestyle.
